About

I am an organizer-turned-political-scientist who studies the ways in which digital technologies have affected human flourishing — especially the power and potential of grassroots collective action. As a researcher, my work is done in partnership with community-based organizations and has received support from the National Institute of Social Sciences. As a teacher, I pair critical analysis and in-class discussion with participation in real-world projects.
